The official logo for the 2008 NBA All-Star Game combines the rich musical heritage of New Orleans with the wrought iron motif which adorns much of the city.
Since this was the first major sporting event to be held in New Orleans after the tragic events of August 2005, it was crucial to exude a sense of celebration to trumpet the re-birth of “The Big Easy.”
